A New Year for Our Favorite Causes!

For the past two years, we consistently posted some of our favorite benevolent stories, along with some customary posts that we hoped would inform, inspire and encourage you. A few days ago, we received some extremely positive feedback from statistics showing the number of visitors each of our stories received on our blog. We were so excited to see that most of our Ordinary People, Extraordinary Things stories received a great number of site views from our audience.

These statistics revealed to us the outreach power of sharing noteworthy news about some amazing volunteers and organizations in our area that you probably never heard about. This data also indicated a big interest in the information we provided to help your nonprofit organizations perform better, as well as updated current events that touches our lives in many ways.

With that in mind, we decided to continue bringing those warm and fuzzy stories about selected volunteers, mentors, community organizations, current events and various advocacies to you, through our Favorite Things for a CAUSE blog. We would like to share this link with our nonprofits that is a great article we found, about building better relationships with your donors online. http://www.fundraising123.org/article/how-strong-relationships-can-increase-fundraising-results-2011.

Stay tuned for new stories about more outreach initiatives making a difference in so many people’s lives. We hope that you will continue to be inspired, then pass it on and become an inspiration to someone else in the process!

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” ~ John Quincy Adams
