Favorite Things for a CAUSE LogoWell, the excitement is building up and we have one more week left before our Diversities of Gifts for The Dove’s Nest Fundraiser presentation. We have a few slots left for the event, so if you still want to attend, but missed the RSVP deadline, please email me at diversitiesofgifts@kymgmoore.com and let us know of your interest to attend on Saturday and/or to send a donation. We want to thank everyone who responded and for those who are unable to attend, but either sent a donation or expressed that they will be sending a donation for the event, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

As you read from our previous communications, The Dove’s Nest is a women-specific recovery program that provides a loving, highly-structured Christian environment to help women understand and deal with the core issues of their alcohol and/or drug addiction. This benefit is an opportunity for you to support their Capital Campaign, designed to increase the program’s bed capacity from 12 to 90.

Here’s that information for the benefit once again:

Saturday September 19, 2009, from 2:00pm – 4:30pm
Held at The Duke Mansion, located at 400 Hermitage Road,
Charlotte, NC.
Tickets for the event are $50.00 per person. Food and selected beverages is included.

Here’s the form that you can still mail in or bring with you if you are registering after the RSVP deadline https://favoritethingsforacause.wordpress.com/diversities-of-gifts-for-the-doves-nest-rsvp/. This is truly an educational event that you don’t want to miss.

Peace & Blessings!
